Outpatient Treatment Services
Genesis DoB Outpatient offers comprehensive treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Unlike the inpatient program, we treat all substances of abuse, whether licit or illicit. Our program is located in the same building as the inpatient program, providing a seamless transition between treatment options. We can also arrange admission after rehabilitation services are completed.
Outpatient Treatment & Support Services
Our outpatient services include therapeutic interventions and support services, such as individual and group counseling, educational and relapse prevention groups, harm reduction services, and collateral support. We offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MATS) for both opioid or alcohol use disorders as well as treatment for Post Acute Withdrawal symptoms (PAWS). We treat mental health as related to substance use disorder and can provide psychotropic medication management. Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPAs) are available for additional support both on and offsite.
Flexible Outpatient Scheduling
Genesis Detox of Brooklyn offers outpatient treatment six days a week, providing a flexible alternative to inpatient treatment programs. We work with you to create a schedule based on your availability and tailor treatment goals to meet your unique needs and circumstances.
Ancillary Withdrawal Management
Our Ancillary Withdrawal Management service allows for medication management of mild to moderate withdrawal in an outpatient setting. Our treatment team consists of medical professionals and clinical and peer staff members who work together to help you avoid inpatient treatment for withdrawal and remain engaged in outpatient care.
